Commercial Realty Specialists has two full time partners: Barron and Randy Mason. We provide commercial real estate services for the Orange County marketplace and focus on the representation of the user side of the transaction, otherwise known as the tenant or buyer side of the transaction. We are professional negotiators and advocates for our clients for their office/industrial property leases. We help clients who want to stay at their current location and renegotiate their leases with the existing landlord during a renewal. Typically the landlord or seller pays our compensation so our clients have a professional fiduciary and negotiator working on their behalf—Free of Charge!  We also do complete relocations and offer consulting services.
